DIGITAL EYE STRAIN
Digital eye strain is defined as the physical eye discomfort felt after two or more hours in front of a digital screen. It originates from the overexertion of certain muscles that help your eyes focus.
HARMFUL BLUE LIGHT
Harmful Blue Light is all around you, due to the increasing use of devices and new lighting technologies inside and sunlight outside. Harmful Blue Light is one of many risk factors such as age, genetics, diet, lifestyle, and occupation, that may contribute to age-related macular degeneration (AMD). AMD is a leading cause of severe vision loss and blindness in adults over the age of 60.
Who is a candidate for Eyezen+™ lenses?
Eyezen+ lenses are an enhanced, lenses specifically designed for every day use by wearers that are suffering from digital eye strain from digital devices, such as computers Tablets, Cellphones, etc.

What are Eyezen+ lenses and how do they work?
Eyezen+ lenses are a new and innovative lens designed to address the issues affecting the modern digital device user and provide them with a more comfortable vision experience. Eyezen+ lenses contain a small amount of accommodative relief to alleviate eyestrain caused by viewing devices such as tablets and smart phones for long periods of time.
Additionally, Eyezen+ lenses utilize the Smart Blue Filterâ„¢ feature to reduce exposure to harmful Blue Light.
Do Eyezen+ lenses have W.A.V.E (Wavefront Advanced Vision Enhancement) technology?
Yes, Eyezen+ lenses have W.A.V.E technology in all it's designs to provide sharper vision than traditional single vision lenses.
There's an Eyezen+ 0, 1, 2, and 3. What's the difference?
There are four unique Eyezen+ designs. Although the recommended age ranges for each design provided below are based on research, we will acertain which Eyezen+ enhanced lens is right for you from results from our thorough comprehensive eye eamination.
• Eyezen+ 0 - patients age 17 and under (0.00 diopters)
• Eyezen+ 1 - patients age 18 to 34 (0.40 diopters)
• Eyezen+ 2 - patients age 35 to 44 (0.60 diopters)
• Eyezen+ 3 - patients age 45 to 50 (0.85 diopters)*
• It is recommended to consider progressive lenses if you are age 45+.

Do Eyezen+ lenses protect me from harmful Blue Light?
YES! Eyezen+ lenses utilize the Smart Blue Filter™ feature that reduces harmful Blue Light from reaching your eyes.
Will Eyezen+ lenses have a tint or hue similar to other Blue Light filtering lenses?
NO! Eyezen+ lenses utilize the Smart Blue Filter feature and it is clear in color and appearance.
Are Eyezen+ lenses covered by any managed care providers?
YES! Eyezen+ lenses are available to patients on VSP, EyeMed, and VBA.
